Experience: Carrie has spent the past 17 years working on behalf of youth and their families in the role of evaluation analyst, researcher and counselor. She has designed and conducted evaluations related to early childhood prevention and intervention, child welfare, youth development, family support, and family treatment courts. She also maintained a program of research on motivation and the peer group context. With over 16 years of training and experience in quantitative methods and research design, Carrie has expertise in a wide range of analytic techniques and database management.
