Profile

Brian Payne, director of technical strategy at ISITE Design, has 15 years of software architecture and Web-application development experience. In his role at ISITE, he leads the technical architecture team, evaluates new technologies, and plays an integral role in client strategy. Prior to ISITE, Mr. Payne owned Swipht Technologies for five years, a successful consulting firm focused on content management solutions and custom Web-application development. He also spent six years as a senior solution architect at Rapdigm, where he led the delivery of large-scale initiatives overseeing project teams of 40+ developers and helped shape Rapidigm's offshore delivery model. He has taught courses in a variety of Web-related technologies at Portland State University since 1999.
