Instructor Profiles Web Development

Jeff Rouyer is a Web-development consultant, instructor, and author and the webmaster of the popular dynamic layer website www.htmlguru.com. His firm, Rouyer Design, specializes in highly interactive custom Web experiences. Mr. Rouyer is recognized as an HTML guru, having earned several industry awards and publishing requests for his Web projects and computer animations. He has been featured in a number of articles dealing with Web development and has contributed to the book Dynamic HTML Unleashed and is the solo author of Dynamic HTML Web Magic and Dynamic XHTML Developer’s Guide.
David McFarland is a Portland, Oregon, Web developer who has been designing and building websites since 1995 and teaching Dreamweaver since 1999. He is the author of CSS: The Missing Manualand Dreamweaver: The Missing Manual. He is also an Adobe-certified trainer and the Dreamweaver section editor of MX Developer’s Journal. He is a member of Adobe’s Dreamweaver Advisory Board. Mr. McFarland has implemented website designs for many organizations including Macworldmagazine, Playlistmagazine, and the University of California,
