Shawn Smallman receives grant for book project
Shawn Smallman, International Studies faculty, received a $40,000 grant from the private Ruth Landes Memorial Research Fund to support a sabbatical beginning in fall 2011 to work on a book project entitled Dangerous Women and Spirit-Beings: the Windigo, Gender and Colonialism in the Algonquian World.
