Broadway
LEED-NC Silver
Built in 2004, the Broadway is one of PSU’s newer residence halls on campus. The building is truly mixed-use as it contains housing for students, university classrooms and offices, a computer laboratory, as well as ground floor retail space. The building is designed to benefit from natural elements such as wind, rain, and sun, by integrating technologies with climate-responsive design. This not only reduces the building’s reliance on energy consuming mechanical and electrical systems, it makes for a healthier, more comfortable environment for students and staff.
