Jeff Kershaw and Tim Myers promoted to lead new divisions

— ESCO Corporation, a leading global provider of wear parts and attachments for the mining and construction industries, has restructured its corporate organization into three divisions to better reflect the end markets it now serves: Mining, Construction & Industrial, and Oil & Gas. Jeff Kershaw and Tim Myers have been promoted to lead two of the three divisions.

The reorganization, which took place earlier this month, better aligns ESCO with its customers and more fully addresses their needs.

“This new divisional structure allows us to focus leadership, strategies and resources to accelerate our own growth while better satisfying our customers,” said Jon Owens, ESCO Senior Vice President and the person to whom Kershaw and Myers will continue to report.

Jeff Kershaw is now President, Mining Division. Kershaw has been with ESCO for 25 years and was most recently Vice President for ESCO’s European and Asia-Pacific regions. A Portland native, Kershaw holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Portland and an MBA from Portland State University. He started with ESCO as an engineer and has held numerous senior leadership positions.

Tim Myers has been named President, Construction & Industrial Division. Myers joined ESCO 27 years ago. The Hillsboro native received his BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College (CA) and an MBA from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA. Tim was most recently Vice President, The Americas where he oversaw sales, marketing and manufacturing in North and South America. He has held numerous leadership roles including overseeing operations in Latin America.

Johnny Everett, current president of ESCO-owned Ulterra Drilling Technologies, was named President of ESCO’s Oil & Gas Division.
