WHAT
Coalition of Communities of Color Panel Discussion: Local leaders from the local African American, Latino, African, Asian & Pacific Islander, Native American, and Slavic community will discuss the series of reports titled “An Unsettling Profile” which examines of the state of people of color when compared to whites in Multnomah County.
