Berrin Erdogan and Talya Bauer, Business Administration faculty, co-chair, facilitate, and present sessions at the Annual Meeting of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, San Diego, April 26-28. Together, they facilitate a session titled "International Research Incubator on Over Qualification at Work" and are presenters in a symposium titled “Over Qualification Across Cultures: Applicability of Established and New Models.” Erdogan presents and organizes a session titled “Whistle While You Work: Happiness and the Workplace” and takes part in a debate titled “Leader Member Exchange: Timeless or Time to Rethink?” Bauer presents and organizes a session titled “Expanding New Frontiers of OCB Research: Context Matters” and presents at a session titled “Whistle While You Work: Happiness and the Workplace.”
