Profile: Meet Supipi

She is a member of the orientation team.

Supipi (whose name means “blossom”) was born in the beautiful hill-city of Kandy, in Sri Lanka. She is currently pursuing a degree in Organismal Biology in the hopes of attending medical school. Her favorite classes include Human Anatomy and Physiology, and Psychology, which she believes have given her better insight to, and understanding of the human body, mind, and brain. She is thrilled to be part of the Orientation Leader team this year and is looking forward to meeting and helping the incoming students and their families. Supipi loves exploring Portland and welcomes all new students to enjoy and embrace the diversity this multiethnic, multicultural university, and the beautiful city surrounding it, has to offer.
