Orientation is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Students will learn in-depth information about their academic requirements during Orientation and have the opportunity to register for fall term classes on site. It is essential that you connect with an adviser through Orientation to be sure that the courses you plan to take align with your academic, career, and personal goals. Students who attend Orientation prior to September 14th may register for fall term classes on the day of her or his scheduled session. All other students may register for fall courses beginning September 14th. As strongly as we believe Orientation is important to your student success, if you choose not to attend, it simply puts the responsibility for learning all of the important information onto your shoulders.
