Audio/Visual Services

Audio Visual Services (AV Services) checks out audio visual equipment to current PSU faculty, staff, and graduate students for classroom use in addition to providing training on equipment in technology classrooms.

If you require immediate assistance with a technology classroom please call 503-725-9100. If you wish to report a non-emergency issue, or to schedule technology classroom training you may call our office or e-mail us at av@pdx.edu.

To reserve equipment from our office you must have an account with our office. To create an account you must be a current PSU faculty, staff or graduate student and come to the AV office in person to present your PSU photo ID card and your departmental index code. Once an account has been created equipment reservations can me made over the phone (503-725-9100) or in person at our office. We do not accept reservations via email.

While AV Services supports the equipment in classrooms, we do not support software installation requests or provide computer software support. For computer support please contact User Support Services (Help Desk) at 503-725-HELP (4357) or help@pdx.edu.
