Portland online education startup OpenSesame has leased 4,600 square feet in Old Town, moving into its own offices after nearly three years in the Portland State Business Accelerator.
OpenSesame, which employs 25, will move early next month into the new offices at Northwest Fifth and Davis. The company plans on expanding to more than 30 employees within the next year.
It had 19 employees in January when it announced an $8 million funding round, money OpenSesame said it would use for sales, marketing and software development.
OpenSesame’s online marketplace offers instructional courses where employees and contractors can learn professional skills.
