Berrin Erdogan, Business Administration faculty, played many roles at the annual meeting of the Academy of Management in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., Aug. 9 to 13. She was a facilitator in the organizational behavior research incubator; presented a paper “Think Globally, Act Locally: Interaction of Management Commitment to the Environment and Employees;” was the discussant in a session titled “A Closer Look at the Overqualification–Outcomes Relationships: Examining Moderators and Mediators;” and was a panelist at the Organizational Behavior Doctoral Consortium.
