David Bullock, EdD, is manager of technology, director of the Metropolitan Instructional Support Laboratory (MISL), and an advisor in the Educational Media/Librarianship program. He completed his doctorate in educational leadership: curriculum and instruction at Portland State University, and holds a master’s degree in educational communications and technology from Western Oregon University. His research and interests focus on technology in education, teacher preparation, and educational media/librarianship.
