Our group is working with the Downtown Neighborhood Association to create a development strategy for the South Park Blocks area of downtown. The strategy will provide the area with a guide for future development while also solidifying and maturing the neighborhood's existing identity and sense of place.

The final product will consist of three primary components: neighborhood identity definition, and principles by which to ensure that future development matures this identity; An opportunities and constraints analysis for the area; and, Recommendations regarding type and location of future development.
