Krystyna Kowalska comes to the PSU Music Department after recently moving to Portland from Boulder, Colorado. Although she has an undergraduate degree in Geology, she usually prefers people to rocks and intends to get a Masters of Public Administration. Krystyna was born and raised in Poland, moving to New York City during high-school. Although she is now an official citizen of the US, she has strong ties to Europe and enjoys traveling there with her husband. When not working or traveling, Krystyna likes to go hiking or relax at home with her husband and two cats.
