Marcy Hunt-Morse, Ph.D. is the new director of Counseling and Psychological Services at the Center for Student Health and Counseling.  Dr. Hunt-Morse is returning to the northwest after working at Baldwin-Wallace College in Ohio.  She received her graduate degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. 

The charge of Counseling and Psychological Services is to meet the mental health needs of our students at Portland State University.  “CAPS” as it is commonly referred, provides individual and group counseling, community outreach and programming around mental health issues.
