Michael Munk, author of Portland Red Guide, published by PSU's Ooligan Press, will speak on "Portland's Radical Past" at the Retirement Association of Portland State (RAPS) meeting Thursday, May 15, at 1:30 p.m. in the Astoria Room, University Place, 310 Lincoln St. The talk is free and open to the public. In his book and his talk, Munk tells the stories of Portland radicals and refers to specific places in Portland that one can visit today.
