The Saga web content management system (Saga CM) is developed and maintained by Web Communications in Portland State's Office of University Communications.

Saga Bug Tracker

If you are already a registered Saga user, please use the Saga bug tracking system to report:

  • issues you experience using a Saga site or Saga CM
  • requests for access or changes to content in other Saga sites/topics
  • changes to the layout and/or configuration of a Saga site
  • requests for new Saga features/topics

Bug reports are emailed to Saga administrators on submission/modification and provide a good tracking system to ensure all bugs are resolved. Once your bug is marked resolved, please close it when you feel it has been resolved to your satisfaction.

Saga Users Mailing List

If you are already a registered Saga user, subscribe to the Saga users mailing list and to receive important Saga announcements and to send messages to the list to query all Saga users about:

  • basic questions about using Saga
  • best practices for managing web content generally
  • reports of general Saga issues/bugs of interest to other users

Saga administrators monitor the Saga users mailing list and will provide answers to queries and further information about issues. Other Saga users may also respond to list postings to share their knowledge and/or provide further information about issues with Saga.
