The following buildings are furnished with beds, dressers, desks and desk chairs: Broadway floors (3-8), Ondine (all floors), Stephen Epler (floors 5-6), and Montgomery (all floors). Additional amenities in Montgomery Court include a vanity sink, medicine cabinet, micro-fridge and small microwave. All other furnished areas include kitchenettes. Broadway rooms do not have ovens.

All even numbered rooms in upper Ondine (e.g. 1102) are furnished for double occupancy, while all odd numbered rooms in upper Ondine (e.g. 1201) are furnished for double occupancy. All furnished Stephen Epler rooms are furnished for double occupancy, as are all furnished Broadway rooms. Linens are never included in furnished rooms.

All other floors and buildings are completely unfurnished.
