Dance Performance of the students from "Suzuki Acting Workshop"
Study of the movement and voice of the "Suzuki Method" actor training. The Suzuki Method program is based on the fundamental uses of the body and voice associated with classical Japanese Noh and Kabuki theaters, as modified by
Tadashi Suzuki to create a unique and powerful means of expression for the contemporary stage. Students will use this method to present material from any dramatic tradition. As a final project, on June 27, students will demonstrate to the public. Suzuki movement and vocal exercises and will present short creative projects using Suzuki acting methods.
