a cross-discipline group of faculty in this year's Academic innovations
Mini-Grant (AIM) Academic Portfolio Cohort for a lively discussion on the
potential of learning from the academic portfolio process for:
- increased clarity in the
promotion and tenure review process;
- supporting individual career
development of tenure track and fixed term faculty;
- understanding the value of
diverse forms of scholarship;
- creating opportunities for
faculty-initiated programmatic change.
