NPCC Training Program

Through targeted skill-focused training for professionals, teams and leaders, and students, NPCC helps individuals and organizations gain the ability to effectively intitiate, particpate in and facilitate collaborative processes to resolve public issues. Customized taining can also be arranged to help project teams, departments and organizations meet their specialized needs in collaborating more effectively together or with their stakeholders.

NPCC is at the forefront in pioneering new and innovative practices along the broad spectrum of collaborative governance. Theories and principles gleaned through continuous learning from staff reflection and case analysis are integrated into our trainings. In this way, NPCC is helping advance the entire field of collaborative governance.
