Wilkinson and Kelly with consultant Leslie Hammer awarded contract
Lindsey Wilkinson and Maura Kelly with consultant Leslie Hammer (Psych) have been awarded a $76,025 contract, "Evaluating why Women and People of Color have Lower Retention Rates in their Apprenticeships," by the Bureau of Labor & Industries (BOLI) funded by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).
The objectives of the project are to gain an understanding of the reasons that women and men of color are not retained in apprenticeships relevant to the heavy highway trades at the same rate as are white men.
