The Civil War Round Table at PSU will feature Matthew Dennis, author and Oregon State University history professor, Wednesday, May 14, at 7:30 p.m. in 447 Cramer Hall. Dennis, author of the best selling book, Red, White and Blue Letter Days, will discuss the rumor and legends surrounding the founding of Lincoln's birthday and the origins of Memorial Day.
