GRADUATE ADMISSION TO DEPARTMENT OF MUSIC
To apply for an audition and admission to the Department of Music, complete the Department of Music Application for Graduate Admission and send it to the Department of Music Office along with other required materials at PO Box 751, Portland,
OR 97207-0751. If you wish to apply for the Department of Music
Scholarships and Graduate Teaching Assistant positions, please also complete the scholarship and Graduate Teaching Assistantship applications and send them with your Graduate Admission Application.
