This course introduces the new swimmer to the aquatic environment. Safety lessons are included in each lesson, as well as an introduction to breath control, bobbing, floating, kicking, armstrokes, and full strokes. Participants in this class may have some experience in the water, but cannot swim a full length of the pool.
