Natan Meir, Judaic Studies faculty, was awarded a $3,000
Cahnman Publication Subvention Grant in support of his forthcoming book, Kiev,
Jewish Metropolis: A History, 1859-1914, to be published by Indiana University Press. This grant is awarded by
the Association for Jewish Studies and is made possible through funding from The
Cahnman Foundation of New York.
