Initiated in Fall 2004, the Canadian Studies Certificate may be awarded to any PSU student regardless of major -- after completing two years of French, (in addition to having English language fluency) and 28credits of courses with a Canadian focus. This is the only such program in the State, and is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.
