William Schutzer is a research biologist with Oregon Health & Science University where he received his Ph.D. in Cardiovascular Endocrinology. He publishes regularly in the Journals of Gerontology, Aging Research Reviews, Diabetes, and American Journal of Physiology. He is an adjunct lecturer at for "Health Aspects of Aging" at Portland State University and also teaches anatomy and physiology at Portland Community College.
