Terry is a doctoral student in urban studies, specializing in health care policy. He is now working on his dissertation, which concerns the feasibility of universal health care in Oregon. He has worked with Dr. Margaret Neal on research-related publications, as the assistant to the dean of the medical school and the Oregon Health & Science University, and as an editor at the Evidence-Based Practice Center at OHSU.
