Dr. Baggett is a private research consultant and a Senior Research Associate at the Institute on Aging, PSU. She has extensive experience in research design, implementation and evaluation. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Urban Studies and Planning, teaching qualitative methods courses, and she is past-president of the Oregon Program Evaluators Network. Dr. Baggett is serving as a co-investigator on the Northwest Health Foundation-funded project, "Arthritis Among Hispanics in Oregon: Developing Community Solutions," providing consultation on survey design and focus group methods and implementation, and project evaluation.
