Take the Healthy U Wellness Challenge

The Challenge allows individuals and teams the chance to earn prizes by accumulating points in three categories: healthy habits, exercise, and event participation. Different physical activity programs will be available each week including special group exercise classes, group walks, and introductions to the Campus Rec climbing center and fitness center. You'll also learn new strategies for reducing stress, fostering healthy relationships, adopting sustainable practices, and more at weekly Lunch & Learn events.
