Professor Monsere and three Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) lab students traveled to Bellevue, Washington to attend the annual ITE Quad Conference. PSU students and faculty made four presentations: Zach Horowitz presented the lab's work on the Portland performance report, Sirisha Kothuri presented her work on advancing real-time travel time estimates, Kartik Srinvas co-presented his work with Dr. Monsere on illumination safety and finally, Dr. Monsere presented the results of the research project "Developing New Identification and Ranking Methods for Speed-Related Crashes in Oregon." Student travel to the conference was funded by PSU's SALP.
