On a daily basis PSU employees interact with people of different social and cultural backgrounds, constantly adjust to a myriad of unfamiliar and/or changing stimuli, and successfully negotiate a balance between work and family life. As a part of the PSU team, we recognize that you have what it takes to be successful at work and at home. We want you to continually grow and succeed in everything you do. We also know that personal challenges can surface. When they do you may seek help.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a program designed to assist employees in identifying and resolving personal concerns, including, but not limited to stress, financial distress, workplace conflicts, family conflicts, marital pressures, substance dependency, loss and grief, legal issues, or other personal challenges that may affect job performance. The issues listed are not comprehensive, but are examples of valid personal issues.

We have chosen the RBH (Reliant Behavioral Health) to provide our EAP services to all. To see why, go to "Using Your EAP- Fast, Simple & Free."
