Compensation

At PSU our Compensation practices are governed by Oregon University System (OUS) policies and regulations, Collective Bargaining Agreements (SEIU, AAUP, and AFT), PSU policy/practices, and State and Federal wage and hour laws. It is the University’s goal that employees understand their job duties and to compensate fairly within the University budget and any constraints of these regulatory and administrative requirements. The University’s total compensation package is included in market surveys of our competitive position, reflecting the above market position of offerings in non-direct compensation areas of medical, dental and retirement benefits.

The following table will guide managers and employees to the compensation information for each of our employee groups. Please contact the Compensation & Classification Manager with questions you may have about compensation at PSU.
