Housing Availability Update
We encourage all students who are interested in living on campus next year to apply as soon as they are committed to attending PSU.
Upperclassmen & Transfer: The Priority Deadline for guaranteed housing has passed. At this time, students who complete contracts will be placed on a waitlist. We encourage students completing contracts now to select double furnished units, because we expect the most availability in these unit types. We will continue to make assignments as we receive cancellations.
FYE: The Priority Deadline for guaranteed housing has passed. We have been able to make assignments for freshmen who completed contracts through May, and these students received an email with instructions on how to accept their assignment. Students who applied after May have been placed on a waitlist. We expect to be able to make more assignments as we receive cancellations, but may not be able to accommodate all students. We will work with students throughout the summer to accommodate their housing needs as best we can.
Roommate Requests: Due to being nearly full, we cannot accommodate most roommate requests at this time. If you want to submit a roommate request, both residents need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the other person (please include their PSU ID). Roommate requests will likely not be able to be accommodated unless both roommates are currently assigned to the same unit type and the same community.
PSU Payment Plan
Starting Fall 2014 PSU will be offering payment plans! The PSU Payment Plan is intended to provide flexibility for students and parents paying their account balance in 3 monthly installments throughout the term. Find out more about payment plans here. Housing costs are included in the payment plan.
Housing Tours take place Monday through Friday and start in the Housing Office at 1:30pm (see Ondine, Broadway and Blumel). Additionally, two campus tours, which include viewing a room in The Broadway, are offered daily at 9:50am and 3:00pm from the New Student Programs Office in the Academic and Student Recreation Center (ASRC) Room 101.
