Dining

Dining at PSU consists of several locations around campus, including Victors at Ondine, the Viking Food Court at Smith Memorial Union, the student-run Food for Thought cafe in the Smith Memorial Union, the Ondine Convenience Store, the Meetro Cafe in King Albert Hall, and Branford’s Bean in the Millar Library.
First Year Experience (FYE) residents
First year students in the First Year Experience program are required to take part in one of the meal plan options listed on the Housing contract. If you did not request a specific meal plan when submitting your contract you were automatically signed up for The 15. To change your meal plan type, simply visit the University Housing Office before the Meal Plan change deadline (below).
The deadline to change your meal plan for Fall 2013 is August 23, 2013.
Dining Options for Non-FYE Residents
Non-first year students may also purchase one of these plans, though the cost will not be included in the cost of your housing. To purchase a meal plan contact the PSU Dining office. For more information visit the PSU Dining website - PSU Dining.
But there are plenty of options on campus for those who choose to not participate in the meal plan:
Victor's at the Ondine offers fresh, all you care to eat meals in the residential restaurant. It's also open to students, faculty and staff who don't live on campus. The food court in the Smith Student Union offers fresh brewed Starbucks coffee, Einstein Bros. Bagels, and favorite classics at the Grill Works, Sbarro, and more! The student run Food For Thought Cafe offers fresh, local and organic meals in the basement of Smith. Viking Billiard and Bowl is just around the corner from Food For Thought. The Meetro Cafe is located in the King Albert Hall - with Stumptown Coffee, Oregon Chai and free wireless internet. They also carry assorted snacks and foods. And Branford’s Bean in the Millar Library featuring Stumptown Coffee and Marsee pastries
