Interested in University Housing for the 2009-2010 Academic Year? Submit your online contract by following the 4 easy steps below! Please note the online contract is currently unavailable, but you can request a paper contract by emailing housing@pdx.edu.
1. The
Portland State University Housing contract is a legally binding agreement;
please be sure to download and review both the Terms & Conditions and the
Rate Chart before submitting your contract! For more
information, you can also check our FAQS.
2. Determine your building preferences and check out
the Rate Chart (linked below) to finalize your preference before
submitting your contract. Please contact our office with any questions
you may have.
3. Submit your University Housing online contract!
Once you have decided that University Housing is for you, simply click on the
link below to submit your contract. When you submit your contract online, you
will be required to use a credit or debit card to pay a $50 non-refundable contract
processing fee and a $150 advance payment. To read important

order completed contracts are received.
4. Check your email! All current and prospective residents are responsible for checking their
email and updating their preferred email address with the University Housing Office. Assignment priority is based on the date the University Housing Office
receives your housing contract, so it is recommended you submit your contract
as soon as possible.
