Ken Ruoff, History faculty, delivered two lectures at the University of Indiana at Bloomington on Nov. 10-11. First, he spoke about "Contextualizing The Emperor's Naked Army Marches On in the Japan of the 1980s." The next day he spoke about "Japanese Tourism to Korea Circa 1940: The Tension between Assimilation and Tourism Promotion Policies."
