Background
Dr. Kinsella received his Ph.D. from Yale University. He has served asEditor of International Studies Perspectives (2005-2009) and presidentof the International Studies Association's Midwest Region. He has alsotaught at American University, the University of Missouri, and Yale,and was a Mershon postdoctoral fellow at Ohio State University.
