Background
Masami earned her B.A. at Osaka University in Japan and went on to complete her M.S. and Ph.D. at PSU. She has taught graduate courses in organizational theory, organizational behavior, diversity in the workplace, intercultural communication, research methodology, and statistics. Masami is also a trained Japanese-English conference interpreter, and has interpreted for President Jimmy Carter, Bill Gates, Phil Knight and many others.
