16 Nov 2009 Chris Monsere speaks in Beijing on transportation congestion
Chris Monsere, Civil and Environmental Engineering faculty, gave an invited presentation on the Intelligent Transportation Systems Lab's recent activities related to congestion monitoring at the Innovations in Congestion Monitoring Workshop in Beijing, Oct. 28-29. The workshop was sponsored by the Beijing Transportation Research Center and co-sponsored by the Beijing Municipal Committee of Transportation, the Texas Transportation Institute, and the Transportation Research Board Performance Measures Committee.
