Cynthia Alamillo, Co-Chair
Cynthia Alamillo is an MPA student with a concentration in Local Government. She received her B.A. in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Before attending Portland State University (PSU), Cynthia gained professional research experience in higher education by working five years as a Research Technician at UTEP. She is a new member of PSU’s Student Leaders for Service program and will be working with Rose Haven, a community center for women and children experiencing abuse and homelessness in Portland, Oregon. Cynthia is also involved in various leadership organizations in Portland and the surrounding areas. Her main passion is working with multicultural communities and different minority groups.
