Part Time MS in Financial Analysis Tuition & Fees
Portland State's Master of Science in Financial Analysis degree is a 52 credit hour program. Tuition and fees are based on the number of credit hours that each student is enrolled in and billed quarterly. For newly admitted MSFA students starting in fall, the estimated tuition and fees for the program will be as follows:

Washington Border Policy
There is special consideration for students who live the State of Washington on the border of Oregon. Please review the Washington Border Policy published by PSU. It is important to note that this policy only applies during terms when part-time students are taking 8 or fewer credit hours.
