Julia Freybote delivers keynote on behavioral real estate valuation research
Julia Freybote, Business Administration faculty, was the keynote speaker at the Jan. 9 meeting of the Rose City Chapter of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. The presentation was focused on behavioral real estate valuation research, particularly her most recent study with residential appraisers in Portland.
