Full Time MBA - Class Profile

Portland State's MBA program draws some of the most talented and accomplished students globally.

The 2012 incoming Full Time MBA class has an average of 6.5 years professional work experience prior to beginning the program. This professional experience comes from functional areas including consulting, finance, accounting, management, marketing, sales, operations, and logistics. The industries that they have worked in include consumer products, financial services, government, healthcare, manufacturing, entertainment, non-profit and energy companies to name a few.

International students make up 38% of the class and include homelands such as China, Germany, India, Poland, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. Native Oregonians make up 27% of the class and the rest come throughout the U.S. including Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Utah, Virginia and Washington.
