Wednesday, March 6, 2013 - 12:00pm to Wednesday, March 6, 2013 - 1:00pm
The benefits of open access publishing are many. Among them, OA publications are cited more frequently, researchers and students have access to research studies and scholarship without pay barriers, and content is accessible worldwide. This workshop will discuss OA concepts, author rights best practices and how to use PDXScholar, Portland State University's Institutional Repository, to create a global visibility of your scholarly work.
Presenters: Sarah Beasley, Scholarly Communication Coordinator, and Karen Bjork, Digital Initiatives Coordinator.
3/6/13: 12:00-1:00p.m. – Room 170 Library – No registration required
