Scott Burns presents talks on wine terroir at meeting of the Association of American Geographers
Scott Burns, Geology faculty, presented two talks at the annual meeting of the Association of American Geographers in New York City on Feb. 27: "Terroir of the Helvetia Winery, Oregon: Influence of Fragipans and Pisolites" and "Analysis of Prominent Pinot Noir vineyard Soils in order to Understand the Terroir, Willamette Valley, Oregon" with graduate student, Kat Barnard.
