Each Senate meeting has allotted time for the "Gallery", or the audience, to bring up issues they would like to address. Speakers must be recognized by the Chair of the Senate during announcements to speak on issues not already present on the agenda. Meeting times and locations, as well as the agenda for the meeting, are posted on the ASPSU Office door (located on the first floor of SMSU) at least 48 hours prior to the meeting time.
